Since his admission to the bar in 1993, Attorney Flynn has litigated cases arising under employment law, commercial contract law, construction law, government contract law, trade secret and restrictive covenant law, insurance law, environmental law, media and defamation law, federal Constitutional law, products liability law, corporate governance law (including several disputes arising under the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act), personal injury law and real estate law. He has represented clients in courtrooms (not just “on papers”) in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Virginia.
Drawing upon his experience gained through litigating and trying cases, Attorney Flynn also counsels clients on how to reduce the risk of litigation. Attorney Flynn regularly assists clients in negotiating and drafting contracts, with an aim toward preventing future misunderstandings. He has substantial experience drafting and negotiating contracts related to the provision of services over the Internet through software as a service (SaaS) / application service provider (ASP) arrangements.
Combining large-firm experience with the personal attention of a small firm, the Law Offices of Garrett S. Flynn, LLC focuses upon a two-part mission:
