Garrett S. Flynn is a Connecticut attorney who represents individuals, families, and businesses in disputes and negotiations.

Mr. Flynn has represented clients in cases and arbitrations arising under commercial contract law, corporate governance law (including several disputes involving the Delaware LLC Act), trade secret law (including the Connecticut Uniform Trade Secrets Act (CUTSA)), the law of restrictive covenants and noncompete agreements, business fraud law, the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), intellectual property law, federal and Connecticut Constitutional law, products liability and personal injury law, real estate law, construction law, government contract law, insurance law, the law of press freedom and open courts, and federal criminal environmental law.

Mr. Flynn represents individuals in government investigations and in contested matters between corporations. He regularly serves as local counsel to out-of-state firms (including some of the best-respected firms in the United States) in matters pending in Connecticut and in contentious discovery disputes in Connecticut related to cases outside of Connecticut.

Mr. Flynn regularly represents clients in contract negotiations, using his litigation experience to identify and prevent future areas of disagreement.
